4. Using silicone spray, lubricate the spring and chain liberally. The chain is found in the motor area. The area should be fully, if not partially, exposed. The spring is located in the center of the door of your garage, near the motor. All of these parts require lubrication. The door should not be squeaky at all. It should open and close with a minimal amount of noise.
